North Shore is a second phase of Riverside Village in Garden City. It is located on the north side of Riverside Dr in the Riverside Village area. It consists of approximately 63 homes build between 1992 and 1994 by custom home builders. Homes feature 3-5 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms and range in size from 1600-3200 square feet with generous sized lots. You will find that homes in North Shore, on average are slightly bigger than those in Riverside Village and tend to have a few more options for larger yards. It is still within walking distance of the Boise River, The Greenbelt, Garden City Nature Path, and Riverside Park with a public fishing pond.
