Randolph Robertson | Boise, Idaho
The Randolph-Robertson subdivision is situated within Boise's Borah neighborhood tucked between Curtis and Cole Roads and extends south of the city's Central Rim. Some of the most sought-after view lots on the Central Bench are available in this exclusive community. The neighborhood was built by W.O. Randolph, Aubrey and Frank Robertson, and themselves over the course of 12 stages from 1945 to 1964. Because of its elevated position, Randolph-Robertson offers breathtaking views of Bishop Kelly High School and Borah High School. The majority of the houses in the neighborhood have ranch-style construction, but a few early modern structures give the neighborhood a distinctive feel. It is very well known for having many of the best Mid-Century Modern homes in the Boise area. These dwellings were marketed as "modernistic" and embodied the future housing concept of the time, taking advantage of the post-war era.
